We will determine or assess a given asking price and after your consulting a lawyer and/or accountant, will prepare a Letter of Intent if you would like to submit an offer. We will negotiate the LOI on your behalf.

We will assist in determining an asking price for the business and prepare a comprehensive series of marketing materials including an internet ad, NDA, and Confidential Summary. We advertise in confidence on approximately 6 active business sale websites.
